We're seeking an energetic and organised Customer Service Administrator. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives on detail, and wants to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team.
Your Responsibilities
- Contract management for QLD and WA
- Project management
- Entering bookings
- Customer Services/ Customer Management – face to face and VIA phone
- Create and manage purchase orders for QLD and WA
- Schedule VMS Boards as required through our online system
- Reporting
- Invoicing
- End of month processing
- Working closely with the Operations team
About You
- Strong administration experience, ideally in hire equipment.
- Familiarity with Syrinx (highly regarded)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator
- Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable
- Operational experience highly regarded
