Our client, QuatZ Technologies, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ICT Project Manager to join their growing team full-time. Located in Point Cook, Victoria, QuatZ Technologies is a provider of custom web and cloud-based solutions, delivering innovative, high-performance technologies that support the evolving needs of a diverse client base.

About the Role

The role of the ICT Project Manager is to lead large-scale ERP and EPM transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. This role involves end-to-end project management, stakeholder collaboration, risk mitigation, and digital innovation leadership.

The annual salary for this role is $95,000 to 110,000 plus superannuation.

Responsibilities include:

  • ERP & EPM Program Leadership: Oversee the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, HCM, SCM) and EPM modules (Planning, Budgeting, Consolidation).

  • Solution Architecture & Governance: Act as the Solution Architect and SME, overseeing ERP system design, configuration, and business process alignment.

  • Project Delivery & PMO Management: Establish structured demand management frameworks, ensuring prioritisation and successful delivery of ICT projects.

  • Enterprise IT Strategy: Develop multi-year ICT roadmaps that incorporate Gen-AI adoption, automation, and emerging digital solutions.

  • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Engage with Finance VPs, CFOs, Controllers, business unit leaders, and external solution providers to ensure project success.

  • Risk Management & Compliance: Design custom GRC frameworks, manage regulatory compliance, and oversee risk assessment.

  • Data Migration & System Integration: Lead data migration activities for seamless ERP transitions while ensuring security and system integrity.

  • Financial Oversight & Budget Control: Manage IT project budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation to optimise financial efficiency.

  • User Training & Change Management: Conduct structured training programs, troubleshooting sessions, and system adoption strategies.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Provide real-time status reports to senior management, tracking project milestones and implementation success.

  • Cloud Infrastructure Oversight: Lead quarterly cloud release testing, ensuring system stability post-implementation.

  • Post-Implementation Support: Oversee ERP performance post-deployment and ensure system stability.

  • Experience conducting UAT, SIT, and system audits to ensure implementation success.

  • Strong documentation and reporting skills, including BRD and SDD preparation

  • Proven ability to deliver enterprise systems within complex environments, including financial services, government, or large-scale operations.

  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams, external vendors, and third-party service providers.

  • Strong expertise in Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms would be an added advantage.

Technology & Platforms Used:

  • Enterprise Solutions: Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, SCM, HCM), OneStream EPM.

  • Cloud & Integration Tools: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), AI/ML Automation, PaaS (VBCS, PCS).

  • Project & Reporting Tools: ERP Cloud Reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher), JIRA, MS Project, PMO Tracker.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Should have more than five (5) years managing ICT transformation projects, particularly in ERP & EPM implementations.

  • Must have expertise in project governance, financial systems, and enterprise platform integration.

  • Must know Agile & Waterfall methodologies, with a strong grasp of IT strategy and compliance frameworks.

  • Should have a Vendor & stakeholder engagement experience, ensuring alignment between technical and business teams.

  • Must have a strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities in large-scale enterprise projects.

Qualifications:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.

  • Experience working with Australian regulatory frameworks in ICT project delivery.

  • Hands-on experience integrating ICT solutions with financial, HR, or operational processes.

  • Great working experience in working on AI-driven projects

  • Good to have TOGAF certification
