Point Cook, Australia Reliance Real Estate Full time

Based at the Reliance Head Office in Point Cook, working alongside our CEO and Executive Assistant, this role sits at the core of the executive team and is responsible for a smooth implementation of tasks, activities and projects, through providing high level administrative support.

Duties and responsibilities, include but not limited to:

- Provide support to the Executive Assistant on a daily schedule in all CEO office initiatives and outcomes
- Diary management and travel management for the CEO
- Provide personal support to the CEO based on a daily schedule and routine
- Assist the EA in social media management and media campaign management for the CEO's social media profiles
- Organise and coordinate Reliance Foundation fund raising events
- Arrange and manage Sales Induction training alongside the CEO
- Assist the EA with planning, organising and managing all Reliance events, bookings and logistics, as required
- Organise gifts for clients / staff on behalf of the CEO
- Other adhoc duties, as required

Skills and experience required:

- Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative support role
- High-level of attention to detail, organisation & time management skills
- Must have own driving vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Confident in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent professional communication and presentation
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Proficient in computer programs and social media
- Valid Police Check or willing to obtain
- Full Australian Working Rights
