Hiring **Project Technical Officer** for our Government client in **Tasmania**

Essential criteria:
1. Successful management and delivery of ICT related projects and/or large corporate ICT transformation programs and an ability to adapt to and work across various delivery methodologies (such as waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
2. Experience with hardware installation and hardware maintenance of IT infrastructure and equipment, including servers, routers, switches, VoIP equipment, computers and peripherals, and wireless network equipment, including associated copper and optic-fibre structured cabling.
3. Experience with RF, 4G LTE or Satellite communications systems equipment and installation, with a strong understanding and practical experience of RF system components and supporting equipment.
4. Provide guidance and leadership to a multi-disciplinary project team, 3rd party vendors, and/or other departmental teams to deliver projects.

Desirable criteria:
1. Experience with software systems including installation, administration, development and testing.
2. An Open Cabling Licence with optical, coax and structured (O, C & S) endorsements.
3. Understanding of Antennas and associated cabling/feeder systems and familiarity of masts and associated hardware.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $100.00 - $130.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
