Scheduling Coordinator (Work from Home – Melbourne Based)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Schedule and reschedule jobs using ServiceM8
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers and clients
  • Make follow-up calls to ensure quote approvals
  • Provide friendly and professional responses to enquiries
  • Liaise with real estate agents, strata managers, tenants, homeowners, and our technicians
  • Maintain the daily and weekly job schedule
  • Keep job records accurate and up to date in ServiceM8,
  • Using other platforms tools such Teams, Monday and Otter
  • Work from your home office in Melbourne
  • Optional: Support social media if you're interested

Who You Are:

  • Experience in construction and/or the insurance industry is an advantage
  • Experienced in scheduling or working in the trades and service industry
  • Extensive experience using ServiceM8 is a must
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Friendly, confident, and professional communicator
  • Calm under pressure and enjoy solving problems
  • Based in Melbourne and available to work from home full-tim

Hours & Location:

  • Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Work from home – must be based in Melbourne and available for face-to-face meetings as required.
