assemblyNOW is a specialist delivery and installation company servicing a wide range of clientele across Australia with a focus on premium customer service. We pride ourselves on providing industry-leading services for our customers including furniture delivery and removals, assembly services and complete apartment/office fit outs in partnership with some of Australia's largest retailers.
About the role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
* Assisting with managing customer bookings
* Assisting with national logistics coordination and scheduling
* Relationship management with existing BTB clients
* Answering inbound phone calls and responding to web enquiries
* Database & Inventory management
* Possibility to take over social media platforms

Our standard operating hours are 8am to 4pm however this role may have flexible working hours, depending on the right candidate.

Skills and experience
You will have 3+ years work experience in Administration and/ or Scheduling.
Strong attention to detail and superior organisation skills are crucial to this role.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a calm and friendly phone manner.
You will be able to multi task in a busy and fast paced work environment and be highly efficient and organised.
You thrive on providing excellent customer service and have proven to implement systems and procedures in making your work load and office environment more efficient.
You will be proficient with use of Microsoft Office or similar computer program.
