Project Administrator / Construction Support

Hybrid Linings – Perth, WA

Hybrid Linings is a leading façade, cladding and fit-out company delivering high-quality projects across Western Australia. With continued growth and new projects underway, we're seeking a driven Project Administrator / Construction Support Coordinator to join our Perth office and support our project delivery team.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic construction environment and enjoys keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work closely with our Project Managers, Supervisors, and Site Teams to ensure all documentation, procurement, and compliance processes are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and documentation
  • Prepare and manage variations, ITPs, and compliance documents
  • Control and file project documentation including warranties and handover records
  • Attend site meetings and maintain detailed records and site folders
  • Prepare quote requests, purchase orders and material orders
  • Coordinate truck deliveries and access equipment documentation
  • Manage onboarding, inductions, and training/ticket records for site staff
  • Maintain job calendars, tools registers, and updated site plans
  • Support tendering, CRM data entry, and quote follow-ups
  • Assist with safety documentation, incident reporting, and compliance audits
What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience in a construction administration or project support role
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound computer literacy – Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work within project deadlines
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude
