QDC has an exciting opportunity for an
experienced
Project Manager
to join our growing team.

We're seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record delivering large-scale industrial and commercial projects. In this role, you will oversee every stage of the project lifecycle — from design and planning through to execution and delivery. You'll lead a high-performing team, drive client-focused outcomes, and ensure QDC's reputation for innovation, collaboration, and excellence is upheld across all projects.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading all aspects of project planning and delivery — including design, scheduling, procurement, financials, contract administration, safety, and stakeholder management.
  • Managing complex D&C projects, including NPI (Non-Process Infrastructure), regional logistics, brownfield/live operating environments, refrigeration, or multiple projects concurrently.
  • Driving outcomes through innovative, cost-effective solutions that remove barriers and ensure project success.
  • Managing budgets and delivering profitable outcomes while maintaining value for clients.
  • Embedding a strong safety culture across the project team of up to 15 people and extensive sub contractor network.
  • Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, quality benchmarks, and environmental obligations.
  • Monitoring project performance, evaluating progress, and aligning with client priorities for continual improvement.

About You

We're looking for a results-driven leader with:

  • 10+ years' project management experience
    in large-scale D&C projects (up to $80M).
  • Recent experience in industrial and commercial builds (within the last 5 years) in the role of PM or Snr PM
  • Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in safety management and a commitment to best practice.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement in risk management.
  • A relevant qualification in engineering, construction management, or project management.
