The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Services Administrator to join our team based at our Balcatta office. The role is full time and will see you working Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People Services department, ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and procedures, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in accordance with organisational policy and legal requirements
  • Assist with the recruitment lifecycle, from advertising roles and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and booking pre-employment medicals
  • Support end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain precise HR dataintegrity by meticulously updating spreadsheets
  • Act as a key liaison for personnel, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication between branches and head office
  • Champion a proactive and helpful approach, stepping in to assist the broader People Services team and ensuring all operational deadlines are met
  • Contribute to the rollout of HR projects, system improvements, and compliance initiatives.
  • Manage the People Services email inbox

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Administrator or Generalist role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage competing priorities
  • Friendly and professional written and verbal communication style that is respectful, positive and adaptable to all levels of employees
  • Ability to empathise and deal with confidential and sensitive matters and material
