Be the welcoming face of our growing construction company.

We're looking for a confident, proactive, and friendly Receptionist / Administrator to join our team and provide exceptional front-of-house service while supporting daily operations across the business.

This is a dynamic role with plenty of variety – perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others.

As the first point of contact, you'll represent Fratelli Group with professionalism and warmth. You'll manage reception duties, assist with admin tasks, and support our teams across projects and departments.

Your Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front of House

  • Greet clients, visitors, suppliers & subcontractors
  • Answer and direct calls and emails professionally
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
  • Handle mail, packages & deliveries
  • Monitor visitor access & follow security procedures

Administration Support

  • General admin: data entry, filing, document prep
  • Manage office, kitchen & stationery supplies
  • Schedule meetings & coordinate room bookings
  • Organise catering for meetings & events
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed

Project & Team Support

  • Assist with permit applications & approvals
  • Coordinate site requirements (e.g. surveys, signage)
  • Help manage variations & maintenance records
  • Support departments such as Marketing, Drafting, Operations & Customer Service

What You'll Need to Succeed

Essential:

  • Previous admin or receptionist experience
  • Friendly & professional communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Digital systems
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Team player with a strong customer service mindset
  • Discreet with sensitive/confidential information

Desirable:

  • Experience in construction or residential building
  • Knowledge of permit processes/documentation
  • Business admin qualification
  • Familiarity with project tools (e.g. Truth Engine, Constructive)
