Position Overview: Are you passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces while delivering an exceptional client experience? Landscape Elements is seeking a professional, organised, and people-focused Client Liaison to become the vital link between our Residential Team and homeowners.

As the first point of contact, you'll ensure our clients feel supported and informed throughout their front garden and fencing journey. Your ability to manage expectations, solve problems, and communicate with clarity will help drive satisfaction and reinforce our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for homeowners throughout their landscaping and fencing projects
  • Liaise with subcontractors and developers
  • Trouble shooting homeowner complaints / concerns in an efficient manner
  • Quote for additional services and handle site preparation communications
  • Manage databases and scheduling systems with accuracy and daily updates
  • Assist with defect tracking, complaint resolution, and process improvement
  • Support the Residential Manager and wider team in achieving goals
  • Receive client payments and support account reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate photo records and job documentation via software platforms
  • Promote and adhere to high safety and environmental standards

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years in a fast-paced customer service, account coordination or front-desk environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong time management and problem-solving abilities

    High attention to detail and initiative-driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word essential)

    A passion for landscaping or garden design is a strong advantage
  • First Aid certificate and experience in the residential construction industry (desirable)
