Your day-to-day will include email and performance marketing. We'll support you in your career progression and offer a best-in-class L&D program to aid in your professional development.Your key focus areas will beEmail Marketing Ownership: Execute, optimise, and take full ownership of the email channel to drive partner growth and retention.CRM & List Management: Build and maintain lead structures, segmentation, and personalised communication for different partner types.Testing & Reporting: Develop A/B tests, analyse results, and translate insights into action.Automation & Campaign Strategy: Create and optimise automated email flows across the funnel and support marketing campaigns to drive upsells and revenue.Operations Support: Collaborate with Sales and Commercial Ops to maintain CRM hygiene and support data-driven marketing initiatives.This will includeEmail marketing ownershipTake ownership of email channel performance to ensure we are meeting our KPIsResponsible for email builds, triggers, acquisition and life cycle marketingExecuting email campaigns, copywriting, template builds, and setting up email creativesList management and segmentationBuilding and maintaining a streamlined structure for handling and qualifying our leads across all our key market accountsDevelop personalisation and segmentation within our CRM system and identify opportunities to tailor email communication for our varying partner typesOperations supportOngoing collaboration with Commercial Operations and Sales to support administrative tasks and data hygiene maintenance for salesmarketing CRM requirementsTesting & reportingDevelop and execute on A/B testing plans. Analyse the data and transform it into key insightsBuild out email performance reports for visibility across the marketing functionEmail flowsCreate automation flows for all stages of the funnel (prospects, acquisition, onboarding and retention). Continuously optimise the sophistication of the setup as our audience growsWork with the broader team to develop marketing campaign pushesBuild strategies to upsell product offerings and drive further revenue within our product suiteWho you areTo thrive at Employment Hero, you'll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact.
