Hygiene Concepts is looking for an enthusiastic fulltime experienced Accounts, Administration and Receptionist. An all Rounder for a very busy small Family Company. Hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
- MYOB proficient.
- Office Administration including general running of Administrative and Reception tasks.
- General Office Support, banking, mail collection, job advertising and stationery orders.
- Full Accounts Payable including payments.
- Generating Purchase Orders and ordering Stock as required.
- Accounts Receivable.
- Raising Sales invoices.
- Weekly payroll.
- Accurate and prompt data entry.
- Updating internal spreadsheets.
- Salary will be negotiated dependent on experience but paid above the award rate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malaga, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- MYOB: 1 year (preferred)
