Your Role:

This role combines high-level executive support with hands-on office management and project coordination. You'll work across all areas of the business and be a trusted right hand to the founding executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Provide end-to-end support to the Executive Team including diary, travel, and expense management
  • Prepare polished board packs and leadership materials
  • Coordinate meetings, track actions, and follow up with stakeholders

Office Management:

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the Sydney office
  • Manage suppliers, budgets, equipment and services
  • Lead office setup and relocation projects as the team scales

Travel & Events:

  • Manage complex, multi-leg international and domestic travel
  • Organise events, site visits, leadership offsites and training sessions

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Be the central point of contact between executives, staff and external partners
  • Handle confidential matters with utmost professionalism
  • Build strong internal and external relationships across all levels

Projects & Innovation:

  • Take ownership of special projects across the business
  • Improve systems and processes using the latest tools and tech
  • Lead initiatives that enhance productivity and culture
About You:

You're a proactive, polished, and tech-savvy professional who's ready to get in on the ground floor of something big.

You bring:

  • Proven experience as an EA or Office Manager supporting senior executives
  • Excellent organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • High level of professionalism and ability to manage confidential information
  • Strong digital skills – you're confident navigating modern tools and systems
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or start-up environments
  • A passion for getting things done and making a meaningful impact
  • Bonus points for experience with AI tools or automating workflows
