Builder/Developer based in Norwest. We are looking for Full-time Administration/ Accounts Clerk Officer to work in our Family Oriented Businesses.
ABOUT YOU
You will Be an integral part of our team, and must be able to work collaboratively
Be highly driven and self-motivated with ability to work autonomously
Have a family, friendly and empathetic nature and eye to detail person
Have excellent phone manner, verbal & written communication skills and a positive attitude
Experience in Administration, Microsoft office skills must
Ideal having experience in MYOB but this is not a pre-requisite
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
· Process monthly rental updates, outgoing reconciliation and outgoing queries
· Managing calendar and reminder
· Matching invoice with Quote
· Obtain proof for Contractors Insurances & other documents
· Updating Project Schedule and summary
· Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
· Assistance with month-end processing and reconciliations
General Administration and Ad hoc duties
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $54,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
