We are a detail-oriented and friendly small business seeking a reliable and organised **Part-time Accounts & Administration Assistant** to join our team. This role blends administrative support with basic accounting duties and is ideal for someone looking for flexible working hours in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**Administration & Reception:

- Answer incoming calls and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Assist with general office tasks such as mail handling, filing, and scheduling
- Prepare meeting notes, summary documents, and assist with general admin duties

Accounting Support:

- Use **Xero** to manage data entry, invoicing, and basic payment processing
- Assist with bank reconciliations, BAS preparation, and end-of-month tasks
- Liaise with external accountants to maintain accurate records

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Xero or other accounting software is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in administrative or accounting support roles preferred
- **Proficiency in a second language such as Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, or Hindi is highly regarded**:

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
