About the Role...
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Speech Therapist to join our growing Brisbane team
In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapy to clients with a range of communication and swallowing needs, working within a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Whether you're experienced or just starting your career, we will provide the support and professional development you need to thrive
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring clients receive tailored Speech Therapy services that are individualised, person-centred and strength based in line with the values of our service delivery model.
- Providing a high standard of service for clients with both communication needs and dysphagia management / mealtime management needs.
- Collaborating and being a part of an allied health multidisciplinary team
- Working with a varied caseload of adult clients aged 16 years and over
- Maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
- Participate in ongoing professional development and staying up to date with latest research and treatment techniques

- SPA-registered Speech Therapist (or eligibility for registration)
- Tertiary level qualifications in Speech Therapy
- Passion for client-centered, evidence-based therapy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and innovative mindset
- Strong commitment and professionalism to customer centred care
- Highly motivated and a positive attitude
- Current driver's license
