Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Care Speech Pathology Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

CALLING ALL NEW GRADUATES FOR 2026

Are you ready to start your career the right way?

It's time to make the best decision you'll ever make by:

  • working from home
  • joining a small, close-knit team of amazing speechies who love telehealth
  • enjoying every second Friday off (we do a 9-day fortnight) and…
  • learning new things every day with a diverse, mixed caseload

That's right. We have the PERFECT workplace for you.

So before you do anything else, put your feet up, grab a cup of tea and…

…scroll down to meet our Directors (Tabitha and Jack) and their canine friends in our Care Careers video

And now you're ready to keep reading. Here's all the stuff you need to know…

Our new-graduate program is all ready to go for another year in 2026

That's right - new graduates are our thing Our dedicated Supervisors and Clinical Team Leaders love what they do and CAN'T WAIT to take our 2026 new graduates under their wings.

We provide all of the structure, stability, support, training, resources and encouragement you need to kickstart your career and become the best (and most widely-skilled) clinician you can be. And yes, of course, that includes your regular weekly supervision sessions

(Important sidenote: If you're about to graduate from uni and you find yourself thinking 'But I don't know anything yet'… DON'T WORRY We've all been there and we remember only too well what it's like to be in your shoes. So trust us… we will give you ALL of the tools you could possibly need to succeed, and then some).

We deliver all of our sessions over video call (ie, telehealth).

Okay, so when you first decided to pursue a career in Speech Pathology, you probably didn't picture yourself doing your client sessions in front of the computer (let's be honest… who did?). But that's okay, because neither did we. UNTIL WE TRIED IT. These days, we are the biggest, loudest and proudest telehealth believers you could ever meet. And quite simply, we couldn't imagine doing our jobs any other way

Not only do we get the privilege of working with our clients and their families in the comfort of their own home, providing a holistic service that is tailored to them and integrates seamlessly into their lifestyle, but we get to do it all while using gold standard evidence-based intervention practices,and enjoying the lifestyle and flexibility of working from home ourselves…

So basically, if you ask us, it just doesn't get any better.

We get AWESOME feedback from our new graduates.

How's this for some job love:

"Prior to commencing my role at Care, I was worried that working remotely might feel a bit isolating but I couldn't have been more wrong. I feel more in touch with my peers now than I have in previous in-person roles which is a testament to the lovely environment that Jack and Tabitha have created. At Care Speech Pathology, we are all supportive of one another rather than compete with each other which makes me feel like I'm not just part of a team, but also a family."

We're a small, close-knit team.

Here at Care, we're different to big organisations, and we like it that way. We are a close-knit team (read: family) of Speech Pathologists all working from home in different locations across Australia. We live and breathe a culture of teamwork, positivity, collaboration, enthusiasm and FUN - and we always, always put our team members first

Our team members love their job.

Oh yeah, and did we mention we have awesome perks? In addition to the above, let us tell you about the…

  • 9-day fortnight with flexible start/finish times;
  • mixed caseload (paeds, teens and adults)to build your skill-set;
  • exceptional work-life balance;
  • frequent social events and a first-class team culture;
  • generous remuneration package;
  • highly-rewarding bonus plan to motivate high achievers (yes, even for new-graduates after the first 6 months);
  • fully-equipped home office setup (laptop, 2x monitors, headset, webcam, keyboard, mouse, iPhone, etc);
  • excellent PD and training opportunities; and of course…
  • all of the lifestyle perks that come with working from home

(There are more too, but we were starting to run out of room…).

So… still reading? Excited about what you hear so far?
Then let's talk about what you'll need to get started.
