The Role:

You'll be immersed in a high-performing team that lives and breathes recruitment in the technical and engineering space. As a sales Consultant, you'll take ownership of your desk, build long-term partnerships, and shape careers in WA's technical market. Due to our growth, we are seeking professionals interested in or that have relationships in the Infrastructure, Energy or Resources Industries. You will work with warm and cold candidates and clients across Asset Owners, EPCM, Consultancy, Contractor and Subcontractor in Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Mining and ESG disciplines.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and selecting top talent in the technical market
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates
  • Attending client meetings to understand their business needs firsthand
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Driving business development to bring new clients into the TEN network
  • Providing genuine, consultative career advice to professionals
