Virtue Creative Studios is a premier, dynamic creative agency specializing in high-end visual content production. Based in Sydney, we partner with a diverse clientele—from emerging startups to established international brands—to create stunning photography, videography, and motion assets.
Our portfolio is incredibly broad, covering almost any business with an online presence:
- Product & E-commerce: High-detail Ghost Mannequin, Jewellery, Beauty, Bottle, FMCG, Flatlay photography, etc
- Fashion & Campaigns: Lookbooks, model shoots, and major advertising campaigns.
- Corporate: Professional headshots, corporate branding visuals, and promotional videos.
Simply put, if a business needs professional visual content to sell products or build their brand, they are our potential client.
The Role: Business Development & Client Acquisition (Contract/Freelance)
We are looking for a highly motivated, independent Sales Professional to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. This is a brand-new role, offering a significant opportunity to drive the studio's growth and directly benefit from your success.
This role operates on a contract/freelance basis. Successful candidates will be required to work primarily from our studio in the initial phase to build strong internal relationships and fully integrate with our workflow. Once independence and sales targets are consistently met, remote flexibility can be established based on performance.
Compensation & Earning Potential
This is a performance-driven role offering a competitive, uncapped commission structure based on the value of the projects you secure. We believe in generously rewarding success and growth. Full details on commission percentages and potential bonuses will be discussed during the interview process.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Client Generation: Identifying and targeting new businesses across our broad range of industries (fashion, product, FMCG, corporate, etc.).
- Database Management: Building and maintaining a robust contact database and client pipeline (proficiency in Excel or CRM tools is essential).
- Communication: Acting as the first point of contact, introducing our services, and building rapport with key decision-makers.
- Strategy: Developing and executing strategic outreach plans to convert leads into studio bookings.
- Closing Deals: Securing new client contracts and ensuring a smooth handover to our production team.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a true self-starter who possesses:
- Proven Experience: A verifiable track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition within a creative, agency, or B2B service environment.
- Excellent Communication: You must be a professional, engaging, and highly articulate communicator—someone who thrives on conversation and naturally builds trust with clients.
- Drive & Independence: The motivation and discipline to work independently and manage your time effectively without constant supervision.
- Broad Industry Knowledge: An ability to quickly understand a client's specific needs, whether they require e-commerce product shots or executive headshots.
