THE ROLE

  • You will be a part of an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.
  • Marcel Bar & Bistro will change the perception of food and beverage in the Greater Western Sydney region by providing exquisite and vibrant dishes that push boundaries and elevate the dining experience to new heights of gastronomic delight.
  • Success in this role will be underpinned by creativity, consistency of delivery, food safety compliance and a strong team culture focused on development.

THE CRITERIA

  • 2 years' experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment;
  • Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery;
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills;
  • Passion for the hospitality industry;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem solve;
  • Ability to work well unsupervised;
  • Premium dining experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
