About the role
Moyle Bendale Timber Pty. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Woodville, SA. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and supporting the overall financial management of our organization. The role is varied and dynamic.
What you'll be doing
- Handling accounts payable and receivable, including payments, and reconciliations
- Maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers
- Processing payroll and associated tax obligations
- Providing support to the team, including invoicing, and stock management
What we're looking for
- Experience in a bookkeeping or accounting clerk role
- Proficiency in using MYOB accounting software
- Experience with CRM software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
