The Role

We're looking for a motivated Bookkeeper to join our head office team and play a key role in managing our day-to-day financial operations. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, transactions, and reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and staff expenses
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
  • Prepare Fortnightly Payroll for multiple awards
  • Prepare Quarterly Superannuation lodgments
  • Prepare Monthly/Quarterly BAS/IAS & Payroll Tax lodgments
  • Support financial processes, identify improvements, and contribute to projects

What You'll Need

  • Proven bookkeeping experience and understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency with Xero, Microsoft Office & Employment Hero
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive attitude and interest in continuous learning
  • Experience in agriculture & logistics (a plus, not a must)

  • Based in WA with the right to work in Australia
