AGI Bookkeeping are currently looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our friendly, progressive, and fun team

In this full-time position you will have the flexibility to work from home or from our office and further your career Initially work will be from the office.

Address is: 940a Glenhuntly Road, Caulfield South VIC 3162

Tasks & duties:

- General bookkeeping duties including reconciling bank accounts, loan accounts & other general ledger accounts
- Processing payroll, superannuation and leave entitlements
- Preparing monthly management accounts and reports with commentary
- Assistance with BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement
- Preparing and lodgement of payroll tax
- Liaising directly with clients, accountants and the ATO
- Being a source of knowledge and advice for junior team members

Skills & attributes:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role, preferably within a firm
- Working proficiency with MYOB or Xero software
- Tanda experience highly advantageous
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Xero add-on and DEXT solutions experience is advantageous

- Diploma (preferred)

- Bookkeeping: 4 years (preferred)
