About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing all customer interactions, improving processes, and driving a culture of excellence. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure the highest levels of customer service & satisfaction, smooth order management and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high levels of service across all channels
  • Develop and implement new customer service strategies to enhance the overall client experience
  • Oversee order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to optimize the customer journey
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-driven approach.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer service processes, systems, and policies with a strong focus on automation

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist (ideally in retail, wholesale, or FMCG)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in order management, CRM systems, and customer service best practices. Shopify experience highly regarded
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
