We're Hiring – lash and brow specialist - future salon manager

We are seeking a passionate, organised and experienced future Salon Manager to join our team full-time hours per fortnight ) This is a fantastic opportunity for a beauty professional who loves both client work and leadership.

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified in lash extensions (minimum 2 years' experience)
  • Skilled in brow shaping, tinting, lash lifts and brow lamination
  • Threading skills a bonus (but must be willing to be trained)
  • Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing lash and brow services to a high standard
  • Managing administration duties, answering calls and client messages
  • Using and maintaining our booking system (Fresha)
  • Organising staff rosters and salon hours
  • Ordering stock and maintaining supplies
  • Managing salon cleanliness and presentation
  • Creating and posting engaging social media content
  • Using a dedicated work mobile for client and team communication
