We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Station and Car Hire Attendant.

In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers at the service station and assisting with car hire operations. Your duties will include attending to customers' needs at the fuel pumps, managing car rentals, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the service station and car hire facilities.

Responsibilities:

* Customer Service:

* Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide prompt, efficient service.

* Assist customers with fueling their vehicles and processing payments.

* Answer customer inquiries regarding fuel types, car rental options, and local directions.

* Car Hire Operations:

* Manage car rental bookings, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.

*Clean hire vehicles

* Prepare rental agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

* Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness before and after rentals.

* Service Station Maintenance:

* Maintain the cleanliness of the forecourt, pumps, and service station shop.

* Restock shelves with merchandise and monitor inventory levels.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

* Cash Handling:

* Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.

* Reconcile daily sales and prepare cash deposits.

Qualifications:

* High school certificate or equivalent.

* Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not neccesary

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work and learn in fast-paced environment..

* Valid driver's license is a plus.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
