About the Role
We are seeking a Part-time Service Coordinator (3 days), responsible for managing client and care worker rosters. The role will coordinate services to aged and disability clients and work closely with Case Managers to coordinate care support teams to meet our clients' individual needs. The position includes a requirement for attending to after hours calls on weekly rotating roster basis.

What is required?
- Customer service/rostering experience, preferably in the aged care/disability services sector
- Well-developed time management skills and ability to organise and prioritise a range of administrative tasks to well established guidelines
- Competent IT and keyboard skills using Microsoft Office package and the ability to use client management systems.
- Exceptional relationship management skills both internal and external parties
- The ability to use initiative in resolving problems and the capacity to resolve complaints as appropriate.
- Available to work a weekly rotating day and after hours roster
