We are now looking to expand our bench with an exceptional
Banking Lawyer.
As a banking lawyer, you also need to possess:
- Minimum 7 PQE in-house or within a law firm;
- Ability to provide advice on wide range of laws and regulations including the Corporations Act, ASIC Act, Banking Code of Practice, ePayments Code and unfair contracts law, AFCA complaints, anti-hawking and DDO.
- Experience in the banking industry, ideally in retail banking, wealth or private banking

- Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background;
- Top international law firm or equivalent in-house/secondment experience;
- Flexible, communicative and adaptable;
- Enthusiastic about embracing new work cultures;
- Rapidly develop close, trusting relationships.
