About You:
- You are an experienced competition lawyer with experience in competition and/or consumer and regulatory law
- You have experience in antitrust laws, consumer protection measures and regulatory policies ensuring compliance with regulations
- You have experience advising on consumer law issues
- You are experienced across mergers and acquisitions and anti-competitive conduct
- You have experience dealing with regulatory investigations with bodies such as the ACCC
- You have experience developing compliance programs
- You have strong analytical skills
- You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
- You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
- You have a minimum of 4 years' experience
- You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- You have a current practising certificate
- You have the right to live and work in Australia
