About Create NSW
Create NSW supports the people, places, communities, and creative work that shape the cultural life of NSW. Through investment, programs and partnerships, we help make creativity visible, valued and part of everyday life. Our work is guided by the NSW Government's Creative Communities policy and a commitment to a vibrant, inclusive and future-focused sector.

About the role

The Senior Communications and Engagement Lead will lead the design and delivery of creative and effective communication and marketing strategies that showcase Create NSW's work and priorities. You'll oversee our digital presence, ensuring our social media and online channels tell a cohesive story about the people, programs, and places that shape the cultural life of NSW. Working across the organisation, you'll provide practical advice on stakeholder engagement and communications to help bring key initiatives to life.

You'll also manage a diverse range of projects, from developing and promoting major activations and webinars, to improving online resources for the arts and creative industries. A key focus will be leading the development of a comprehensive marketing and digital strategy and supporting the implementation of a new CRM system to strengthen engagement with the sector. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creative collaboration, clear communication, and seeing ideas through from concept to delivery.
