The Role

Zylo Recruitment has teamed up with a highly respected, well established law firm with offices in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join their tight knit team in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in our continued growth and success, providing strategic legal advice and exceptional service to a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of complex commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence investigations and provide clear, concise legal advice tailored to client objectives.
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize sophisticated legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage client relationships, fostering strong communication and exceeding expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant property legislation and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of a successful legal team.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in commercial property law.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex property transactions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Queensland property law and legislation.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
