We're partnering with a well-established mid-sized firm in Brisbane who are looking for an
experienced Property Lawyers (3+ years PAE)
to join their growing team.

You'll be part of a dynamic group, working with a strong client base across a wide range of property and commercial matters.

The role
You'll enjoy exposure to a
diverse mix of property and commercial work
, which may include:

  • Property acquisitions, sales, and developments across various sectors
  • Leasing and asset management matters for a broad client portfolio
  • Business and transactional work involving property-based or commercial enterprises
  • General advisory matters, due diligence, and contract negotiation

About you
You'll Bring

  • At least 3 years' post-admission experience in property and/or commercial law
  • The ability to manage files autonomously while working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent client communication skills
