Sales Manager
to join our Melbourne team and represent Mamamia in the Victorian market.

This is your opportunity to maximise advertising revenue while working with an exciting portfolio of media agencies and key clients who want to connect with millions of Australian women. You'll be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, exceeding sales targets, and creating innovative advertising solutions that align with our mission to empower women.

  • Drive revenue growth by consistently exceeding monthly sales targets and delivering year-on-year growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your agency portfolio to maximise revenue opportunities and secure repeat business
  • Identify and win new business through networking, cold calling, and leveraging your existing relationships
  • Create custom sales materials, proposals and presentations that showcase Mamamia's suite of products with flair
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative advertising solutions that exceed client expectations
  • Manage booking schedules and oversee campaign delivery, providing clients with regular performance reporting
  • Strategically plan for long-term opportunities by utilising editorial themes and commercial tentpoles
  • Support the wider sales team and commercial director in rolling out revenue-generating initiatives

Now a Bit About You

  • You have 4-5 years of digital sales experience, ideally at a digital publisher, with strong agency relationships
  • You consistently deliver and exceed sales targets with a proven track record of success
  • You're experienced in identifying new revenue streams and have a knack for acquiring new business
  • You're passionate about digital media platforms and genuinely excited about the Mamamia brand
  • You have experience with media booking systems and can confidently build media plans and process bookings
  • You possess exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and can deliver engaging sales presentations
  • You're a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and established industry networks
