Position Profile:
The Coordinator Executive Services provides program and operational support for the Director WACHS Command Centre and the Command Centre leadership team on issues that impact on the delivery of clinical and operational services and organisational strategies supporting health service delivery across WACHS. The occupant of this position supports corporate objectives of effective business services and provides correspondence liaison and a coordination role for Director and is responsible for administrative and information system support to the Director Command Centre.

The WACHS Command Centre directorate is comprised of the WACHS Command Centre Operations Hub, virtual clinical services supporting acute emergency and inpatient care: the Acute Patient Transfer Coordination service (APTC); and emergency disaster preparedness and business continuity management.

Eligibility to Apply:
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
