Harry Maxwell has been engaged to recruit a newly approved Sales Support Coordinator role with a global services organisation operating across APAC. Based in Midvale, this role supports senior executives in Australia and APAC, blending executive assistant responsibilities with high-level coordination across sales, reporting, CRM, and internal processes.

This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and enjoys bringing structure, initiative, and polish to executive operations.

Key responsibilities


• Provide executive-level support to senior APAC and Australian leaders


• Manage diaries, meetings, travel, and onboarding for key sales roles


• Coordinate sales documentation, CRM updates, and reporting packs


• Prepare inventory reports, quotations, and board-ready insights


• Support internal processes, promotional materials, and event logistics


• Maintain customer records and ensure document compliance


• Liaise with clients and stakeholders across service centres nationally

Key requirements


• 5+ years' experience in sales support, executive assistant, or business coordination roles


• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)


• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365 CE, or Power BI is highly regarded


• Background in mining, manufacturing, construction, aviation, or heavy diesel is a plus


• Process-driven mindset with excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills


• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently with discretion
