We provide continuous, award winning training to ensure you stay across legislation and trends, making you THE best ER / IR practitioner you can be.
What You'll do:As an Employment Relations Advisor, you'll be the cornerstone of support for our clients—small to medium enterprises across key industries. You'll:
- Deliver high-quality, solution-oriented HR/ER advice
- Address queries on disciplinary actions, performance management, workplace investigations, terminations, and legislation compliance.
- Take ownership of client cases from initial call to resolution—ensuring client satisfaction.
We're looking for:You'll have 1+ years of experience in a similar role. This could be in a HR Business Partner, employment or workplace relations advisor position. You'll have the ability to guide and support clients through complex workplace relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, award interpretation, and legislative compliance.
You will be passionate about continuous improvement, delivering results, and being the best practitioner you can be, while living the Peninsula values of excellence and accountability.
