About the Role

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of venue operations, including team leadership, financial performance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You'll lead from the front, thrive under pressure, and set the standard for excellence. You may also have the opportunity to take on multi-site management

About You

  • Proven experience as a Venue or General Manager in a high-volume venue.
  • Confidence managing large teams, guest bookings, events, and fast-paced service flow.
  • Strong commercial acumen – cost control, labour management, budgeting, and hitting revenue targets.
  • A passion for training, mentoring, and building dynamic, customer-focused teams.
  • A proactive and fun-loving attitude that fits our Tex-Mex vibe.
  • Valid RSA certification.
