The role

The Change Manager will take responsibility for all change activities resulting from Genesys Cloud platform changes (change impact assessment, communication plan, change plan and other artifacts as required) across the business.

The Change Manager will be a key contact between the Unified Communications team and internal stakeholders, and will advise and support key stakeholders on the adoption of the platform and its capabilities within their businesses.

Position Accountabilities

  • Plan and execute change plans, activities and deliverables to support ongoing implementation and engagement into the business and within divisions.
  • Deliver practical, scalable solutions that will successfully engage people and drive adoption of change.
  • Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships, acting to minimise change resistance and maximise employee engagement.
  • Track and proactively manage stakeholder management activities and issues.
  • Support leaders with tools and templates that improve operational change capabilities.
  • Identify, capture, and apply lessons learned on a regular basis throughout the transition lifecycle.
  • Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks.
  • Champion a culture of risk and compliance across the division.
  • Maintain awareness, understanding and compliance with Company policies and procedures, including the on-time completion of mandatory training.

Communications

  • Develop and implement communication plans to support the implementation and adoption of unified communication channels.
  • Deliver ongoing communication and education programs to employees to aid engagement and adoption of the project initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with brand and style guidelines and initiatives.
  • Support employees, change champions and leaders with tools and templates that improves operational communications capabilities.

Training

  • Maintain the ongoing delivery of training plans in conjunction with A&G's Learning and Development team to educate stakeholders and prepare them for the change.
  • Coordinate and/or facilitate the implementation of these plans to ensure that appropriate training is provided to employees, leaders, and other role-specific users.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, business or similar with a minimum five years' experience.
  • Experience working in a high impact and dynamic communications teams on internal and change communications.
  • High level of skill in engaging with different stakeholders to deliver outcomes within a high performance with high integrity environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to write for various genres, audiences and publication types is a must.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work autonomously, prioritise and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and respect for confidentiality.
  • Highly developed digital skills and experience using Google Suite, Slack and Intranet tools.
