About the Role

You'll play a key part in keeping our sales engine running smoothly. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Preparing and processing listing and sales documentation.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns, photo shoots, and supplier bookings.
  • Managing online listings and CRM updates (VaultRE, NurtureCloud or similar).
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales team.
About You
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales admin role (real estate experience essential).
  • Confident using real estate CRMs and platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
