About Us

We're a busy and growing electrical business based in NSW, supporting commercial and service projects across multiple clients. We're looking for an organised, detail-oriented person to help with day-to-day admin and bookkeeping tasks. You'll be joining a supportive, friendly team that values flexibility and accuracy.

About the Role

This part-time position (approx. 10–20 hours per week) will support our operations team with administrative and financial tasks. The role can be performed remotely for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise and track purchase orders
  • Schedule jobs and assist with workflow updates
  • Enter and reconcile transactions in Xero
  • Process payroll and maintain employee records
  • Reconcile supplier statements and assist with accounts payable/receivable
  • General administrative support as needed

About You

  • Experience using Xero (essential)
  • Prior experience in admin, accounts or bookkeeping (ideally within trades or small business)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable working independently and communicating online
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work from home
