Melodic Minds Music School is growing, and we're looking for a warm, organised, and creative assistant to help us take care of our families and spread the word about our programs.

This is a flexible part-time role (10 hours/week) perfect for someone who loves a mix of admin and marketing, wants meaningful work, and enjoys being part of a small, creative team.

What you'll do:

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for families — managing inbox, lesson schedules, and parent enquiries.
  • Keep our classes running smoothly through clear, timely communication.
  • Help us grow by scheduling social media posts, creating content within our strategy, and keeping our community engaged.
  • Follow up with new enquiries and help families take the next step into lessons.

What we're looking for:

  • A people-person who writes warm, professional emails.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail when following standard operating procedures
  • Confident with social media (Instagram/Facebook) and open to learning new tools.
  • Comfortable following up with leads and having friendly sales conversations.
  • Bonus if you love music or the arts
