Temporary Talent Acquisition Consultant

  • Sydney CBD (WFH flexibility)

  • $50-55 per hour + super

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a leading global engineering consultancy on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business areas, with a strong focus on defence, project management, and engineering roles nationally.

The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of 10–15 roles at a time across Australia.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights.
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates through to offer stage.
  • Support a high-volume recruitment function while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
  • Ensure accurate and timely use of the SuccessFactors platform.
  • Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead, while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within large, complex organisations.
  • Background in engineering recruitment highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
  • Experience working in high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, with SuccessFactors experience essential.
  • Confident, independent, and capable of managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
