At Family Time, we believe therapy should be supportive, inspiring, and truly family-centred. We're a passionate, values-driven team pioneering integrated and holistic health solutions for children and their families.

As our service continues to grow, we're expanding our incredible team and welcoming clinicians from a variety of disciplines — including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Social Workers, Developmental Educators, and Dieticians.

Current Opportunities:

We are especially seeking Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists who are excited to thrive in their careers while making a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.

If you're looking for a workplace where you'll be supported, celebrated, and part of a collaborative transdisciplinary team — this is the place to do your most meaningful work.

Why You'll Love Working With Us:

  • Flexibility that suits your life: full-time, part-time, or contract options
  • 4-Day Work Week Option: enjoy a long weekend every week (Mon–Thurs), giving you more time for rest, family, and life outside work.
  • Above-Award Pay + Incentives: competitive salary, superannuation, and a generous bonus scheme.
  • Annual Professional Development Budget: invest in courses, workshops, and training that align with your career goals.
  • In-House PD Days: access exclusive internal training designed to grow your skills and confidence both professionally and personally.
  • Weekly Team Huddles: collaborate, celebrate wins, and sharpen your skills in an open, supportive environment.
  • Dedicated Daily Focus Time: space in your day to complete reports, follow up with families, and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Supervision & Mentoring: regular access to senior clinicians to refine your clinical practice and support your career development.
  • Fun, Connected Culture: team events, social gatherings, and celebrations that make work enjoyable and relationships stronger.

  • Wellbeing Support: access to our Employee Assistance Program for confidential support whenever you need it.

  • Career Progression Pathways: structured opportunities to step into senior, leadership, or specialist roles as you grow with us.
  • Guaranteed Christmas & New Year Break: scheduled shutdown so you can recharge with your loved ones.
  • Holistic, Transdisciplinary Approach: be part of a truly collaborative team working together for the best outcomes for children and families.

About the Role:

You'll deliver evidence-based, family-centred therapy to children and their families within a clinic setting. Working within a transdisciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with experts across multiple disciplines and shape innovative approaches to paediatric therapy.

 What You'll Need:

  • Recognised Allied Health and/or Education University Qualifications
  • Registration with the appropriate registration body.
  • Experience supporting children (aged 0–17 years) with disabilities and developmental needs
  • Confident oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
  • Warm, influential and collaborative approach when working with families.
  • Current driver's licence and own car
  • Working with Children's Clearance
  • NDIS experience preferred (not essential)

Our Values:

We live and breathe our values of Hospitality, Unity, Appreciation, Joy, Pioneer, and Coach – and we're looking for team members who share these values.
