Adelaide, South Australia National 360 Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Join National 360's vibrant Adelaide team and kick-start your Occupational Therapy career through our leading 360 GO Graduate Program. Due to high demand and earlier intakes now full, we're accepting applications for April 2026 onwards

WHAT IS 360 GO?

National 360's 12-month Graduate Experience, 360 GO, is the perfect opportunity to transition from university to a rewarding career. Available across NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, TAS and SA, 360 GO is designed to equip you with the skills and support needed to become a capable and confident Occupational Therapist.

Recognised by the Allied Health Awards as the industry's leading Graduate Program, 360 GO is thoughtfully structured to provide exposure to all key areas of practice, ensuring Graduates gain real-world knowledge and experience. Guided by a Graduate Passport to track your journey every step of the way, 360 GO comprises four key phases:

  • Simulated Practice: Simulated Practice sessions provide a safe and controlled environment to practice your therapeutic skills and get comfortable with real-life scenarios before your first client session.
  • Experiential Discovery: This is a dynamic, hands-on approach that immerses you in real-life situations, allowing you to connect new information to existing knowledge with everyday applications to enhance the learning process.
  • Theoretical Learning: Develop your clinical expertise by strengthening your theoretical foundation through immersive and interactive workshops facilitated by Subject Matter Experts.
  • Individualised Development: A custom program will be designed with you so you can follow your preferred roadmap to excellence. Specialise or maintain a diverse caseload, and work towards progressing your career operationally or clinically.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this rewarding role, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with support and oversight from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader. A typical day at National 360 may involve:

  • Supporting clients in the community, in their home, in one of our clinic spaces or via telehealth.
  • Meeting with your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision.
  • Preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes.
  • Spending time with your colleagues, attending team meetings or checking in with your Team Leader.
  • Completing the Graduate Curriculum on our online LMS.
  • Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Therapists, all dedicated to making a real impact.
