Thrive Health Therapies is growing, and we're excited to offer multiple positions for Occupational Therapists. You could work with paediatric clients, adult clients, or a combination of both, as either an employee or subcontractor.

Whether your passion is working in our fully-equipped clinic, in schools, or out in the community, we can tailor your role to suit your clinical interests, preferred setting, and ideal schedule.

New graduates and early career therapists are encouraged to apply - no prior experience with a specific client group is required You'll receive structured mentoring and supervision from an experienced OT.

What's on Offer:
  • Subcontractor rate: $135–$140 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Employee salary: $90,000–$120,000 p.a. + super (full-time equivalent, depending on experience)
  • Work close to home and do admin remotely if preferred
  • Flexible hours – work full-time, part-time, or school hours
  • Caseload tailored to your clinical passions and experience, including ongoing therapy for all age groups, Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs), Assistive Technology (AT), and home modifications.
  • New grads and early career therapists encouraged to apply – no experience necessary
  • Work from our Findon clinic and in the community (homes, schools, childcare)
  • Immediate start available

Our warm and welcoming Findon clinic features private treatment rooms, a paediatric gym and a fully equipped rehab gym. We also offer mobile therapy services across metropolitan Adelaide.

About the Role:

We have several Occupational Therapy positions available for passionate therapists, suitable for both experienced and early career OTs. Whether you're interested in full-time, part-time, or subcontractor work, we'll support a schedule that works for you.

In these roles, you'll work with participants presenting with a broad range of disabilities and conditions. Our services include ongoing therapy, functional capacity assessments, assistive technology assessments, and basic home modifications. You'll have the flexibility to focus on the areas of practice and age group you most enjoy.

This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organised, and passionate about making a difference. Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with participants and their support networks are essential.

We're looking for passionate, organised, and self-driven Paediatric Occupational Therapists who:

  • Hold AHPRA registration
  • Build great rapport with participants and their families
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
  • Are experienced or open to working with diverse client presentations
  • Value flexibility, family-friendly hours, and meaningful client relationships

Requirements (or willingness to obtain):

  • National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current driver's licence and access to a car
