What the Role Involves

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy for children and young people, in clinic or school based settings.

• Complete assessments and reports, including functional capacity evaluations

• Collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes.

• Contribute your expertise to service development, mentoring, and innovation within our growing team.

• Support children with neurodivergent profiles, sensory needs, developmental difficulties and diverse learning styles

About You

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate, adaptable, and committed to making a real difference in children's lives.

The ideal OT and team member will:

• Bring strong clinical reasoning skills and sound professional judgement

• Be organised and reliable, with excellent time management across varied settings

• Show genuine empathy and warmth when supporting children and families

• Thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with colleagues, schools, and families

• Demonstrate a growth mindset, open to learning, sharing knowledge, and mentoring others

• Communicate with clarity, compassion and confidence, tailoring their approach to each child's needs

• Be solution-focused and flexible, able to adapt to varied clinic and school-based settings

What You'll Need

• AHPRA Registration (unconditional)

• Full driver's licence + reliable vehicle (with comprehensive insurance)

• Current First Aid & CPR

• RRHAN-EC, DHS Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
