Speech Therapist – Join Our Allied Health Team (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Location: Colonel Light Gardens / Bellevue Heights and option of community or home-based visits (car available at both clinics)

Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate Speech Therapist

The Speech Therapist will provide assessments and therapy to clients and families using a family-centred approach within clinic and community.

Successful candidates will also support our team and leadership roles.

We are an established multidisciplinary allied health service offering a vibrant, child-focused environment for paediatric professionals. With increasing demand, we are now inviting expressions of interest from experienced paediatricians to join our collaborative, positive and friendly team.

Responsibilities:

·       Provide assessments and therapy interventions to clients and families through evidence-based practice to meet individual and family goals.

·       Develop, conduct, and evaluate individual therapy sessions, clearly communicating intervention plans and expected outcomes to families.

·       Collaborate with families to assess, develop, and implement programs for children, their parents/caregivers, and educators (e.g., kindergarten teachers, childcare workers).

Key Selection Criteria:

·       Current driver's license and police check.

·       Bachelor of Speech Therapy (or equivalent).

·       Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screen Check

·       Current registration with SPA.
