Senior Solutions Analyst

- Intralogistics Design & Analysis: Lead and support intralogistics design projects, including process flow design, cost modelling, data analysis, and ensuring commercially viable, sustainable, and differentiated solutions.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and prioritise projects, support implementation, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and handover.
- Sales & Business Development Support: Provide analytical support to sales teams, prepare quotations, tender responses, and presentations to support pre-sales planning and winning strategies.
- Team Collaboration & Capability Building: Contribute to team development through peer reviews, tool selection, coaching, and improving standard outputs and productivity.
- Methodology, Quality & Compliance: Adhere to and help develop Toll's project methodology, quality management practices, and compliance with corporate standards and policies.
- Communication & Continuous Improvement: Communicate insights and solutions effectively, support innovation, and continuously improve tools, processes, and team practices.
- An undergraduate degree in Engineering or Logistics Management or a related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.
- AutoCAD skills are essential
- Strong logistics and supply chain experience.
- Excellent data analytical skills.
- Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel (this is a pre-requisite), MS PowerPoint and MS Visio skills.
- Critical thinking ability that enables continuous improvement opportunities to be identified and implemented with the support of the broader team.
- Solid understanding of Intralogistics concepts, functions and role within the broader supply chain.
- Commercially and financially astute (including knowledge in finance & P/L principles)
