We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.

**Job Description**:
Toll Group is searching for a **Operations Manager **role for our state-of-the-art Retail and E-Commerce facility. This role requires an experienced management professional with a strong focus on safety, team leadership, customer focus and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, this position will manage a high performing team of people, and gain exposure to contemporary 3PL and Warehousing automation and practices. Experience genuine career progression, and continuous learning and development through our bespoke online learning systems. As the **Operations Manager **, you will:

- Lead the site safety plan, including the leading of safety, compliance and improvement programs and activities.
- Develop and lead our teams, setting and maintaining a positive team culture and developing staff.
- Demonstrate a customer focus to increase satisfaction and present to senior external stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Monitor and manage a multiple operation process in a fast paced environment, focussing on targets, KPI's and daily issues with a structure-based approach.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Minimum 5+ years experience in an Operations Manager role, with clear experience affecting operational improvements highly regarded.
- Previous financial management experience, P&L exposure, and experience managing complex operations.
- Strong people leader, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Champion of Toll Group's Safety Obsessed Culture and believes that everyone has the right to a safe workplace.
- Drive to excel, and align with Toll Values; Teamwork, Customer, Progress, Integrity and Accountability.
